Had a wonderful experience. The staff lady noticed I was short on cash for shipping and paid the difference without a second thought. Such a small act, but it really made my day. This kind of genuine kindness deserves recognition. Thank you so much.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience today was upsetting enough that I felt it needed to be shared.
The employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and made assumptions about me based on my appearance. During our interaction, she that not everything is for free in America and continued to ask if I read English. That comment was offensive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate.
No customer should be stereotyped or judged based on how they look, their race, ethnicity, or background. Many of us work hard, pay taxes, and contribute to our communities. Even if that weren’t the case, every person deserves to be treated with respect.
I hope management addresses this issue and reminds this lady that personal biases have no place in customer service. I have worked in customer service and I know a thing or two about customer service. I don’t usually write reviews, but I believe this employee needs additional training on professionalism, respect, and avoiding harmful assumptions about customers.
