the kiosk not working is the worst thing. If I didn’t commute all the way, I would’ve came back another day. I hate that older man, just so very rude. If i could leave 0 stars then I would.

The bald older guy was very rude and impatient. Didn’t want to listen and was disrespectful. When I saw him again, I didn’t want to go to him. Just like last time, he pointed to the machine. I hate having to go here. He even seems racist or sexist the way he treated me vs other guys who walked in. Wouldn’t let me explain or anything. I hope he gets fired. I don’t normally write reviews let alone bad ones but this was terrible again. There’s a younger man with glasses, he was always so nice and the ladies there had some more kindness than this guy. Do not go here if that man is here.

This review is about a specific employee, not the postal service or this location as a whole — I've had passport appointments here before with another employee who was an absolute delight.
We came in hoping to get our 4-year-old's passport done, not realizing walk-ins are only accepted during a specific morning window. That policy is fair, but the way it was communicated was not. An older bald employee came out calling for an appointment no-show, and when I politely asked whether they take walk-ins, he snapped "no walk-ins" in a very rude tone. When I asked a follow-up question and explained that my son is in school during their walk-in window, that he then confirmed, and is on the spectrum, he turned his back on me mid-sentence — the moment I said the word "spectrum" — and went back to calling for the person who clearly wasn't there.
No one expects special treatment, but basic courtesy shouldn't be too much to ask, especially when a parent is asking a simple scheduling question about a child with a disability. Treating a customer's questions as an annoyance, and reacting that way to the mention of a child's disability, is unacceptable. This employee needs serious training in basic courtesy and customer service.
