I’ve dealt with countless FedEx locations, and I have to say that this is by far one of the worst when it comes to management and personnel. The store manager, Ken, will do whatever he can to make your experience terrible. As a business owner in the greater Boston Area, it’s upsetting to see that certain companies, locations, like this one are still open.
