  This was my second awful experience at this FedEx location with the exact same employee. I frequently ship notarized documents that require a live scan at the counter by a FedEx employee. This employee insisted that I use the self-service kiosk, despite me explaining that we had already had this exact conversation during my previous visit and that a kiosk would not work for my needs. I told her that if I continued to encounter this kind of resistance, I would simply stop using this location and drive farther to another FedEx. Her response was, "Well, you are here though." I was genuinely stunned by how dismissive and unprofessional that comment was. Customer service should never make customers feel like they're an inconvenience, especially repeat customers with legitimate shipping needs. This interaction was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to management and, unless something changes, I will be taking my business to another FedEx location.

  This is by far one of the worst FedEx locations to go to. I’ve dealt with countless FedEx locations, and I have to say that this is by far one of the worst when it comes to management and personnel. The store manager, Ken, will do whatever he can to make your experience terrible. As a business owner in the greater Boston Area, it’s upsetting to see that certain companies, locations, like this one are still open.

  Not really too much to say. I sent a letter and some pics on paper copied to singapore for business and it was $135 to get it there asap if that helps Anyone 🤷. Expensive? yes I thought so, but It's a big deal for me and a must!
