- BMBoston MuscleMay 6, 20241.0I scheduled an appointment to have “Paul” come meet me at the gym i run and i texted him when i was 10 min out to let him know i was on my way, he texted back saying he was at the Dr with back problems. I am completely sympathetic to health issues but he could have had the courtesy to text me as soon as he knew he was going to the dr rather than me find out only after texting him 10 min prior to his scheduled arrival time we had planned on. Had i never sent that txt i most likely would have most likely never known. Had he texted a few hours earlier or even an hour earlier when he was heading to the dr i would’ve been much more understanding. Things happen but first impressions matter on both ends. This company may do fantastic work but i will never know.

On several occasions, Boston Cleaning has even provided special clean-ups with very short notice. We have had the same staff since day one and that provides a comfort level that is invaluable especially when the area being cleaned is a bank.
