  I called to make sure that what they have posted on their website for notary hours was accurate as I was rushing to get something signed. I was told that the notary was leaving earlier than what is posted on their website and that those are her hours. So when I said, just wanna let you know then that this is what’s posted on your website she rudely responded. I’ll look into it and hung up on me. Not great customer service. I often have to go there to return things via Amazon and not friendly lackluster.

  Horrible, just horrible. That location used to be very good. But not lately. .maybe change of ownership and management? I went there twice in last 3 months and both times staff was rude and so called store owner acted as if she was God and it felt like she was doing me a favor by speaking to me. Typical power trip. Forget customer service skills, they lack simple communication skills. When I asked questions she looked at me like I was asking for her first born. Very bad experience. But last time was the worst. I am so upset, I sent an email to UPS main office. Bacuse at that location they obviously don't care. And just look at their responses to other complains. All generic response. Sad.... That location is close by my house. And now I will have to use different location.

  I came in this location for Amazon return they were keep saying box needed for my item I m trying to return but originally it came by ups without box and those 2 really rude guys behind the counter keep repeating same thing without being helpful don’t give your business here

  It’s truly the staff that makes this place stand out. Scott and the entire team, along with everyone else I’ve gotten to know, even if I don’t know everyone’s name, are incredibly kind, courteous, helpful, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. Every interaction has been positive, and they consistently go above and beyond. Outstanding customer service! Thank you all :)
