  RXO delivered one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. The delivery team arrived and unloaded my new washer and dryer into the driveway, came inside to inspect the old units, and refused installation due to what they claimed was a “leak” at the hot water valve. Fine — I understood the liability concern and immediately agreed to waive installation. I simply asked them to bring the new units inside and remove the old ones. Instead, they took a few photos, made a phone call, walked outside while still on the phone, reloaded the new units, and left without saying a single word to me. No explanation, no apology, no next steps. I had to piece together what was happening from overheard phone chatter. For context, the “leak” they cited was just a loose connection that took me less than 30 seconds to tighten. Their reaction was completely disproportionate, and their communication was nonexistent. Leaving with my appliances without speaking to me is not just inconvenient — it’s unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone considering RXO for delivery services.

  Placed a delivery for LG Washer and dryer. Delivery scheduled for Monday 7/13. It was "delayed" can't get a hold of anyone don't even know which facility it is at this is just the closest. No updates no reason why no way to reschedule. AI answering machine with fake typing and Indian tech support that can't actually do anything. We need our washers and now I'm scared by these other reviews that some hack is going to come and flood our house with a poor installation job

  i wish i could give them negative stars because this was the worst experience with a delivery service. They never called before the delivery and then said I was unavailable and took my order back. their customer service is horrendous. when they finally delivered my order they were missing a mattress. Called to find out what happened they were completely clueless. The delivery person was extremely rude. My order was from Costco and it was being delivered by this company. Horrible experience. Complained to Costco as well.

  They couldn’t deliver their way out of a wet paper bag. Four missed delivery windows over two days for a Best Buy delivery. Zero phone calls. You have to really try to be this bad. If you hire this company for your deliveries you will lose customers.

  I am writing this review to warn others about the severe safety hazards and absolute negligence of RXO’s installation services. On December 17, 2024, we had a washer and dryer delivered from LG.com, with installation contracted to RXO. The installation was a total disaster from day one. During the initial delivery, the RXO agents installed our washing machine incorrectly, causing a massive flood and severe water damage to our home. We had to fight tooth and nail with RXO just to get them to pay for the water remediation (Claim #722948). Fast forward to May 2026. Our dryer suddenly started emitting a terrifying burnt wire smell. We immediately stopped using it and called a certified technician out to inspect it today. The technician discovered that the back panel was completely fried because the RXO agents had cross-wired and incorrectly installed the electrical components during the initial setup. The repair technician explicitly told us we should be glad no one was seriously hurt—either shocked or severely burnt by touching the overheating machine. For nearly a year and a half, we have been unknowingly living with a massive electrical fire and shock hazard in our home due to RXO’s gross incompetence. We are now stuck paying out-of-pocket for a technician to completely repair the damaged wiring and cannot use our dryer for over a week, causing an immense inconvenience. RXO botched BOTH appliance installations from a single delivery, resulting in water damage first and an electrical fire hazard second. This goes beyond poor customer service—it is a dangerous threat to consumer safety. Avoid their installation services at all costs. I expect corporate management to reach out immediately to resolve the damages caused by their installers.
