  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN’T GET OUT OF THAT AUTOMATED SYSTEM TO TALK TO A HUMAN. I HATE WHEN PEOPLE SEND BY FEDEX, ALWAYS STRESSFUL.

  Even though it seemed out of the way to get there, it's pretty simple because it's almost completely the same way to get to Shriner's Auditorium in Wilmington. The staff I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a heavy box and she even helped me place it, if I remember right, on a scale. She told me to keep my QR code on my phone to scan it twice too, so I didn't have to fumble around to make it visible again if I was going to turn the screen off. All in all, I highly recommend the place.

  Refuses to follow instructions in order to deliver a package. It has been 4 days in a row of them claiming they “attempted to deliver the package” but they did not. According to the website it’s been the same driver every day, Iann, who clearly does not know what he’s doing. I have called customer service and they have called the facility directly in order to give instructions that he simply refuses to follow.
