You won't find anyone else in the postal service who puts in the same amount of time and effort as the people here. Even with people screaming in their face, they still perform their jobs to the best of their ability.
- RSRising SunMay 7, 20221.0Worst customer service. Rude. Unwilling to help change address after moving to the area. Only time I’ve had a priority box rejected for having a slight curve and held for more money. Literally the worst post office workers in New England. Go Anywhere else.
- HHHBDec 17, 20205.0The postal staff are fantastic ~ I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! There was a snowstorm on my husband's birthday. A real nor'easter so the roads near us were barely plowed. Even though the postal truck couldn't make it up our hill, postal workers used one of their own vehicles to drive a package sent from our daughter out to us. They wanted to ensure it arrived on his birthday. That is service which goes above and beyond! Over the years I've mailed over a hundred packages from this branch. I've always found them pleasant and patient.
