- AMAshley MeyersOct 15, 20231.0Ordered a package from Amazon was shipped through usps. Got a notification it was delivered while I was at work. I come home a couple hours later and see no package. I check my cameras and see the mailman walk up with only mail and no package and leave. The package is about 2 1/2 feet by 1 1/2 feet so you would very clearly be able to see him holding the package. I call the post office a women answers the phone. I tell her I got a notification it was delivered but can see on camera the mailman not deliver anything. She asks for the tracking, I give it to her and she tells me “it’s marked delivered” I tell her I’m sure it is, but again I have the man on camera not delivering the package. She then tells me “it’s marked as delivered” I tell her again I have him on camera walk up with no package. She then ask me if I’m home. I tell her yes that’s how I know it wasn’t here and checked the cameras. She then tells me again “well it’s marked as delivered” and asked for my number to ask the man when he got back and would give me a call. Still haven’t received a call (not that I expected to) and it’s been about 3 weeks. Turns out they delivered it down the street. Luckily the homeowner came and knocked on my door. I just don’t get how you tell someone you have video of someone not delivering a package and there repeated response is “well It’s delivered”
