Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely unprofessional. I arrived fully prepared with all the required documents neatly organized in a folder, and I had my appointment confirmed. From the beginning, she seemed unsure of what she was doing and appeared confused throughout the process. Instead of providing clear guidance, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The entire appointment lasted less than 15 minutes, yet it was one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I have ever had. What made it even worse was that she appeared to be laughing and making fun of the situation, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate. I have visited other post offices for passport services for my children in the past and have never experienced anything close to the poor treatment I received today. I specifically scheduled this appointment and arrived fully prepared, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. No customer should be treated this way. Everyone deserves to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect, especially during an important government service. I sincerely hope management reviews this incident and takes steps to ensure that no one else has to go through an experience like this.
