  The older female Indian employee makes this store experience terrible every single time. I no longer use this location and just head to the UPS store in Shrewsbury. The last two visits to this store, she refused to accept my Amazon return stating the box was not in the original package. I explained to her multiple times that this is how I received the item in the mail and it makes no difference when returning as the item was in the package taped up. She insisted that they were unable to accept this. This has never been an issue the last 10 years of me visiting this store until this new employee is now working here. I just go to the Shrewsbury location without any issues and it’s always an easy return at that store. I really hope this employee gets fired because the westborough location is very convenient for me as I live down the street. She is such a pain to deal with!!

  I try to avoid this store because of the consistently poor customer service. I recently needed to ship a small piece of equipment for calibration along with a single gauge. I explained to the employee that I have shipped similar items together at other UPS locations without any issues. Despite this, the employee told me that she would not allow the two items to be shipped in the same box and that I would have to pay for two separate shipments. I found this extremely frustrating and unreasonable, especially since I have successfully shipped these types of items together at other UPS locations. Ultimately took my items and went to a different location and had zero issues. Absolute waste of time.

  Google says it opens at 8 am. I arrived there at 8;15 found it closed with a sign that says “due to staff shortage, we’ll open daily at 8:30”. It’s now 9:00 & it’s not open. I had to leave. Total disregard of people’s time.
