  I’ve been using this UPS Store almost every single day for my business shipments, and the service has always been outstanding. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They always take the time to count every package with me and make sure all parcels are properly scanned before I leave, which gives me real peace of mind as a business owner. It’s rare to find a team that consistently cares this much about their customers. Highly recommend this location for anyone shipping personal or business packages!

  Walked in 1 minute before closing and they wouldn't give me my package claiming "all their computers are off" while 3 people stood at the monitors typing on computers. I'm a mailbox customer too, clearly they do not care about their customers.

  Extremely disappointed with this location. I came in needing a small UPS Express Box for an international shipment. Instead of providing the official packaging, which is free for the service I was using, the owner made me pay $4 for a small 6x6x6 cardboard box. As a first-time UPS shipper, I wasn't sure about the free box policy, but after going to the UPS center at Staples, I confirmed the box should have been free. Save your money and go to Staples or a real UPS Customer Center instead. This place just tries to nickel and dime you.

  Convenient location and easy to get in and out. Service was decent and the process was straightforward. Good option if you need to ship something quickly without going too far.

  Made me spend $6 on a roll of tape because they wouldn’t give me a single piece of tape for an Amazon return.
