    I am waiting for an urgent package that requires a signature. Stayed home yesterday based on their text advising of a specific window for delivery. That window. Came and went and their tracking states that the delivered was attempted but could not be completed at 6:56 PM which is not true. It is impossible to find a human to speak to and the tracking details are not updated. So extremely frustrating! What am I supposed to do?!

    Jocelyn and Sheri were so incredibly patient and helpful as I was trying to ship a package to my family in Peru. The service was wonderful and I will definitely come back to this location for my shipping needs in the future!
