  If possible, I would give the ZERO. I visited yesterday to mail my official medical exam report. As explicitly required by regulations, this medical report must remain sealed and unopened. However, the female staff stubbornly insisted that I open all documents. When I tried to explain the situation and presented the official medical exam notice, she completely ignored it. Throughout the interaction, she displayed an extremely arrogant attitude and looked at me with a thoroughly contemptuous gaze, making me feel disrespected. She even consulted her manager, who didn't even bother to look at the document and simply ordered "open it" from the office. The entire experience was not only a complete lack of professional competence, but also showcased unacceptable arrogance and disrespect toward customers. Fortunately, I went to another DHL service point instead. The staff there immediately understood the situation, recognized that the document could not be open, and processed my shipment smoothly. I strongly urge management to retrain the staff regarding official document regulations and basic professional attitude.

  I am waiting for an urgent package that requires a signature. Stayed home yesterday based on their text advising of a specific window for delivery. That window. Came and went and their tracking states that the delivered was attempted but could not be completed at 6:56 PM which is not true. It is impossible to find a human to speak to and the tracking details are not updated. So extremely frustrating! What am I supposed to do?!

  A rude customer service agent, and an imcompetent delivery service. Cannot find a simple house address that all FedEx, USP and USPS have been delivering without any issues. Had to drive 20 miles to get my package.

  Wish there was a no star rating. Does this place even exist? At first try at calling the 800 number, I got a recording advertising things that had nothing to do with DHL. The second time it said the number couldn't be reached from my calling area! Really?!? An 800 number?!? I think they're redirecting calls. Scam
