- SSSamSep 20, 20261.0THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE! WILL NOT USE AGAIN UNLESS PICKUP. I called customer service multiple times, they left me a drop off window between 2pm and 9pm, sent me messages about expected delivery AFTER the times, i've literally have screenshots of messages saying that it'll come in at a certain time but the message was sent AFTER that time. I had one fron of 09/19/2026 2:51 PM. AND I GOT THE MESSAGE IN AT 3:23, to which I go downstairs, and find this slip saying i missed it?? I called multiple times, was on hold for hours. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I SIGNED DIGITALLY, AND THEY STILL COULDN'T LEAVE IT?? WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ME CALLING FOR THE LADY TO TELL ME THAT I COULD SIGN ELECTRONICALLY? AND THEN TAKE MY PACKAGE BACK ANYWAY?? NEVERRRRRRR AGAIN!

Which I do as a nicety, but maybe it's my bad. It's something I've done often for UPS returns, and it's never been an issue. But today the employee took the time to rip the packages apart and demanded I take the packaging with me – which I did, but it felt strange and uncomfortable. The process of ripping the packaging open also held up the people behind me. Just a generally unpleasant, passive-aggressive attitude from the employee. There are other UPS stores, of course. I'd go to one of them.
