- DFDenise FletcherMay 27, 20261.0Came on to review after my odd experience today and I see others have the same thought. The old clerk is lazy and rude. I walked in the door and I hear a voice, "put it on the scale". I said, "umm, do I get a receipt? and his response was, "If you want one". He pops out of a little corner of the shop that I can't see. I assume he's sitting there watching TV or something. I get my receipt and say thanks. He didn't respond so I said, "I said thank you". I did get a you're welcome, but man, he was so unfriendly. How can he continue to have a job there is beyond me. It's not like this is a stressful location. It can maybe have one other person in the store besides me.

I needed help mailing an item, and he just grunted and grumbled at me, telling me I had done everything wrong. I was polite and patient, despite his rudeness, but finally just gave up and left. I'll use UPS and FedEx from now on so I don't get insulted every time I need to mail something.

Based on other reviews of this post office, it’s less surprising I suppose. Wild that a postal employee would speak to people in this manner.
