- MKMaria KelenchukJul 21, 20261.0The worst post office I have ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time. Every other post office in Wellesley is reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. This one is the complete opposite. Every time I have gone there, there has been an issue. The employees are either on break, closed during posted business hours, or refuse to complete transactions. On one visit, I brought several certified letters to mail. I was the only customer in the office, yet they refused to process them because they didn’t want to be tied up in case someone else walked in. On three separate occasions, they were either already closed at 2:37 p.m. or refused to provide service. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any other post office. Honestly, if this location closed permanently, I don’t think anyone would notice. That’s how unreliable and unhelpful it has been.
