  My daughter and I visited this location to drop off a package for the first time. When we entered the store, the associate was assisting another customer and did not acknowledge us. Once he was available, he told my daughter to place the box on the counter in a dismissive tone. The counter appeared unstable, and the box almost fell. My daughter simply tried to steady it and prevent it from falling. Instead of understanding the situation, the associate rudely raised his voice and told her not to touch the counter. She politely explained that she was only trying to keep the box from falling. He then informed me that it would cost $3 to close the box, which was not an issue at all. The problem was not the fee—it was the tone, attitude, and lack of respect we experienced throughout the interaction. It was clear that he was capable of being courteous, as he had been friendly with the previous customer. Fortunately, another employee, a woman who came over afterward, was much more helpful and professional. I believe customers should be treated with respect and kindness. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.

  Terrible experience. I opened a box to use temporarily after moving to the state. When it was about to expire, I called the store and spoke to someone who told me they could collect any mail that came after it expired and mail it to me at my new home a couple hours away. They took my credit card to pay for the postage.Turns out, they never did anything with It and the box was simply closed and set to return items to sender. Their response to my concern that my card number was mishandled was to deny everything and insist I never called. I contacted their corporate office, and the local store told them that I came in person to close the box, which I never did - I even still have the key. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

  Refused to accept an Amazon return, literally made up a reason, and I had to drive to another ups that accepted the exact same return with no changes. If you’re close to another location or have any other options, avoid this location.

  Random price gauging on "services." I used to get wine delivered here - one time it would be free, today it was $26.00 for "misc charges"... I've been getting wine delivered at UPS locations for years - it has been either 5.00 or 10.00. To top it off they are extremely rude. When I asked why the price had increased he told me "I was mistaken" if I thought I had been charged differently. Called the winery... I'll be going to FedEx - which is out of my way but better than dealing with unethical, rude staff.
