- JYJason YohnkaJun 18, 20261.0Ram and Ryan, who was at another Post Ofiice location, do not have have any common sense. I showed a reciept showing my package to be picked up was already paid for, but I ended up having to paying the postage. Ram said something like maybe the sending Post Office did not attact the label correctly or maybe it came off during transist. Since the Post Office messed up, I had to pay, the sender has to go get a refund, and then send me funds after that. There were other terrrible customer serives issues, but this is enough. He also gave bad customer serive to another person who needed help. Ram since you seemed to like to be on your phone, go find another job.

He was incredibly thoughtful with his suggestions and took the time to walk me through every option step by step. Even though I ultimately decided not to ship through USPS because the available options were a bit out of my budget, I truly appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I left fully understanding what I would have been paying for, which says a lot about the level of service.

The gentlemen who work here have both been kind, professional and informative. It’s clear they’re underfunded/understaffed, because I see the same person here literally every day of the week - hats off to him for running the show. He’s helped me countless times - even locating a missing package I thought was long gone! Thank you for contributing positively to the community ♥️
