- KDKevin DonovanJun 25, 20261.0The staff are generally rude and unhelpful. It seems as though they just can't be bothered. Their primary objective is to get you to leave as quickly as possible, so they will try as hard as they can to blow you off, instead of providing the service you need. The only thing that I've ever been able to successfully do here is buy stamps - for everything else I've had to go to another post office. If you need help with postal services, go to the post office in Waverley Square or Belmont Center - both of those locations are far better. If for some reason you do need to go here, you should know that they close in the middle of the day (presumably to take a lunch break) so plan your visit accordingly. I wish they would either a) clean this place up and fix it so it is a proper working post office or b) shut it down so another business, with an ability to benefit the community, can take its place. Currently this place isn't of much use to anyone.

One of the gentlemen working here is entirely unpleasant and he is very sassy and rude. Any question you ask him he makes it feel like you are an idiot for possibly having that question. He is giving USPS a very bad look
