As an Asian person the old man behind the counter told me that the tongs I was returning were “funny looking chopsticks” and “didn’t look very authentic”. Some comments don’t need to be said out loud. I have noticed this old man has a habit of commenting on customers appearances. A strange and disrespectful experience.

Despite calling numerous times, the staff is unable to provide answers, and promised callbacks never happen. I’ve been forced to handle the claim process myself with zero support from the store. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I will not be using UPS or this location again. If 0 stars were an option, I’d give it.
