  This is my favorite UPS location! I come here regularly to return packages, and I am always greeted with excellent customer service. The staff: Daisy, Anthony and Alicia is friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I need assistance. They make the return process quick and easy, and I truly appreciate their positive attitude and dedication to helping customers. I highly recommend this UPS location to anyone looking for reliable and outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  If i can give zero star, I will be given it here. There was this south asian employee who was being rude and refused my service. She was trying to knock the phone out of my hand when I was trying to record her behavior and that constitutes attempt assault. I filed a complaint with the UPS corporate, got the case number and I will be filing a police report. She was being very Stern to the customer and did not know how to de-escalate but trying to escalate and fight you off. Beware and do not go to this location until the corporate/owner do something about this person. I have been a customer to this location in the past 6 years and it is very disheartening to have encountered such bad service minded person.

  Did an Amazon return here and I didn’t realize I needed to tape the box shut, so the employee first told me I needed to do that or purchase tape at the shop for $5.99 which I was bummed about but the owner stepped in and offered to tape the box with their tape. Super appreciate and great customer service!

  Anthony S. was more than helpful in aiding me in my very particular request. He made the process very easy and was extremely informative and intuitive as to what my needs were. Well I can say one thing, I am very happy to have found such a great UPS location and a beyond amazing employee, once again- the service was incredible and Anthony S deserves enployee of the decade, in my book!

  The worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. The women at the front desk was not very nice. She told me I needed to use my own tape, which is ridiculous. The store can’t even help you to seal with tape never have I ever walked into a UPS store that couldn’t help with this. I will use the store in Belmont from now on. I was coming from work, not from home so I didn’t have tape, the fact they couldn’t just grab a little bit of tape and help steal my package at a shipping store is beyond absurd. She said I could buy my own tape for seven dollars. I didn’t want to do a quick easy return. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I also Amazon package the same then as well and absolutely unhelpful. I used to go to this location as well as the Belmont location never again will I be going to the Waltham location
