He was very helpful, gave me a couple of options, he didn’t try to rush me. I’m in the hospitality business and his customer service skills were outstanding. He should get some recognition for his work ethics.

I dropped off several packages on May 24th, and multiple items completely disappeared without ever getting a single tracking update from the carrier afterwards. They accept your packages but clearly don't scan or handle them properly before transferring them. If you sell online or ship anything valuable, do NOT trust this location. Take your packages directly to the post office!

However the store staff asked the person behind me to come to register ahead of me, even though I declined because I was in a hurry. I have already waited several minutes patiently when she was dealing with the previous customer, I have no idea why she would let the person behind me to come ahead of me. With NO apology. Maybe because that lady was white and I am not.

I showed up not even 20 minutes before close, searching desperately for a place to get balloons filled for my toddler’s birthday the next day. The gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) and woman (Marguerite) who helped me could not have been nicer, calmer, or less bothered by my request. They stayed late after closing to get all of the balloons done, making sure everything was perfect each step along the way, and were so kind about my imposition on their time. Thank you so much! It made his day very special - please know that little kindnesses like this can mean a lot to people :)
