After 28 years of Monson post office delivering my mail because Wales post office refused and all of a sudden they just took it upon themselves they are going to start delivering.. This has been a complete disaster.. I have to say up set with the changes at first, but now I completely happy with Wales they go above and beyond. Everyone that works at the Wales post office are the kindest people and our mail carrier goes above and beyond. I wished they delivered to our address years ago. Thank you for Everything you do!!

Lucky me, I live in Wales, and these dimwits take every single opportunity to not deliver our mail. They randomly put a snow hold on our mail two weeks ago when we got like an inch of snow and they just gave us a notice about it today. My husband was at the post office last week to pick up a package and they didn't bother mentioning the snow hold or giving him our mail. Our neighbors didn't snow blow the dusting we got either and they get their mail. And the mail delivery vehicle is a Jeep Wrangler. How can they manage to be so useless?
