- OOOliviaJun 16, 20181.0I really do hate to leave bad reviews anywhere, but after leaving the Vineyard Haven Post Office twice without my package I have to complain. My package arrived on a Thursday and I waited until Friday to go pick it up. I went in Friday and the woman behind the counter told me that it takes 24 to 48 hours for packages to be ready for pickup. I thanked her for her time and left only slightly upset. I returned the next day to pick up my package. I waited 25 minutes in line, only to get to the front and have the woman tell me that my package was not there. I needed this package by Sunday. I calmly asked her to check again, and she told me there was nothing she could do. So I left for the second time, now I have to return to ask for my package again on Monday. I hope that this review reaches someone who can do something to change the way things are done at this Post Office
