- SMSvetlana Milosavljevic6 days ago1.0They said today that they will hold packages for pickup for only one day which is against the law! Regular package per law it will be returned after 15 days and priority after 5.HORRIBLE customer service.Yesterday lady told me that she doesn’t want to give me my packages because I don’t have a PO Box and I was trying to explain that I’m leaving island in one month and I do not need PO Box and she was keep repeating that if I come back she will refuse to give me my package even tho I came after just one day to pick up.HORRIBLE customer service ABSOLUTELY WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
