I had lost my wallet and Bruce kindly offered to ship the contents anyway. I have not received anything and I really need the contents sent to me in Florida. I trust that Bruce will do it, but I think he may have lost my contact information. My biggest frustration is I have tried to fax them and call them for two weeks and I can't get through. Please reach out to me. I also sent an email again. My name is Kate Morris.

- ELEmily LampkinMar 30, 20231.0Went to buy packing supplies to mail a rug. Tom told me to bring in my rug and it would be packed and mailed. I said it’s 9x12. He said that’s fine bring it in. Brought the rug in an hour later. He said let’s measure. He said this is 9 feet and UPS cannot mail it. Not sure what happened because he got mean. Hostile. I got out of there. Never had anything but a positive experience at any UPS before today.
