- JBJessica BancroftSep 11, 20261.0I was warned not to send greeting cards through this post office as someone I know twice sent cards with scratch tickets that didn’t reach their destination. She tested her theory after the first one went missing and sent one from Gardner post office and one from Templeton post office to the same address on the same day. The one through Gardner arrived, the one through Templeton did not. I unfortunately didn’t heed the advice and 2 weeks ago sent a birthday card with cash to my nephew in Lunenburg. He never got it. I will be making a formal report, but thought I should warn people in the interim. Be careful.
- MOMarc & Robin O'DonnellAug 22, 20265.0Looks like there is a new Postmaster & he is excellent.
- NNNRMSep 23, 20211.0The women at the counter today was HORRIBLE. she wouldn’t take my packages bc the boxes were recycled and had wording on them. I already had a pre-paid shipping label on the package and she wouldn’t take it. She was disgustingly rude. Gave me attitude the entire time, even when I asked to cross off the wording she said no because, “she already knew it was there.” I can’t even believe an employee would speak to a customer like this. I will never be returning to this location.
- TBTrenton BernardApr 3, 20211.0Wont deliver a 24 pack of 12oz redbull because the carrier has “ weight limitations “ I would understand if the box weighed 50 lbs but this is ridiculous maybe hire people that are capable of doing the job 🤔
- ZPZoe PohlJan 24, 20201.0they never have supplies and they aren't consistent. I always leave frustrated and they have ONE parking spot and ONE handicap spot. I recommend you use the post office in east Templeton (honestly about 2 miles down the road) or the larger post office in Gardner. I've been to both and they are super nice and helpful.
