  Not sure how its legal for the delivery driver to leave extra water and have me be charged for a product I didnt ask for. Also I was charged for a reoccurring order AFTER I disabled reoccurring orders on my account. I got a credit on my account at first, rather than a refund. Shady things going on here. If I could give a zero I would. I already spoke to customer service and they say they processed my refund (still waiting for it to come though) and they "wrote down my complaint". It would be nice if the company responded with an original thought.. just another way they show that they don't care about customers

  I cancelled my account and return the dispenser. Be advised! The account went from $26 a month to a wapping $46 a month within a few months. A month later after the dispenser return I get charged with a $50 "dispenser recondition fee" that was returned in perfect working condition. This company will eventually still your money if you aren't paying attention. If you cancel make sure you remove your bank information also or they will look for an excuse to still your money. Read the fine print.... STAY AWAY!!!

  Josian was awesome! he always brings the product inside and asks for empties when I forget to leave them out
