- LBLan BuiMay 13, 20261.0When I arrived to apply for a passport, the landy. stationed at the entrance displayed an extremely rude attitude. She behaved as though I had to beg her just to receive any assistance. When people are unfamiliar with a procedure, what they need is guidance-not to be confronted with such an inexplicable attitude. I have never encountered anything like this at any other post office; at those locations, the staff are always enthusiastic and eager to help, providing thorough and dedicated guidance. Add photos
