He took the time to look into everything, answered my questions, and made sure I left with all of my packages. His excellent customer service and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. Thank you, Rob, for going above and beyond!
- LFluz fulgencioJun 16, 20261.0I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at this location. Based on my experience, I felt that I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. After observing how employees interacted with other customers, particularly white customers, the difference in attitude, respect, and courtesy was very noticeable. No customer should ever feel discriminated against or made to feel unwelcome because of their race or ethnicity. It is deeply concerning that a local post office, which serves the entire community, would allow this type of behavior. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect.
