    I had a great experience at this post office. Rob was extremely polite, professional, and very helpful in assisting me with all of my concerns regarding my packages. He took the time to look into everything, answered my questions, and made sure I left with all of my packages. His excellent customer service and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. Thank you, Rob, for going above and beyond!

    I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at this location. Based on my experience, I felt that I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. After observing how employees interacted with other customers, particularly white customers, the difference in attitude, respect, and courtesy was very noticeable. No customer should ever feel discriminated against or made to feel unwelcome because of their race or ethnicity. It is deeply concerning that a local post office, which serves the entire community, would allow this type of behavior. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with dignity, professionalism, and respect.

    I guess my package went to Shrewsbury to die! Its May 2nd and still waiting! I was suppose to receive the package on the 25th

    THEY WITHHOLD YOUR MAIL AND ARE RUDE AND DO ILLEGAL THINGS!!! Middle aged white man with the glasses and nasty attitude: My partner was there 24 hours before I was to check for our mail and confirmed myself and the home owner had mail there that he could not pick up for us because his license isn’t updated with our new address. They physically showed my partner my piece of mail along with 4-5 letters for the home owner that was waiting there but said myself or the home owner needed to be the one to pick it up and my partner could not. Okay no problem. I show up to pick up my mail the following day, and was treated with the most disrespect. The interaction turned sour when I told the worker I had mail there to pick up, so he “checked the back” and told me there was nothing for the entire address. I told him that my parter was shown the envelope with my name on it along with other letters for the other person who lives in the home, and it was definitely here. He proceeds to get extremely annoyed with me, starts to raise his voice and said “Well you told me you had mail, that’s different than a certified letter” I said I have no idea if it’s a certified letter or not, MAIL IS MAIL. I did not say anything wrong and the worker became embarassed that he could not find my letter and is withholding my mail from me to be petty. He continued to try to argue with me about silly things and said I need to give him the tracking number. I don’t have a tracking number for a letter… That’s not a thing and does not exist and anybody knows that and I told him multiple times it is there. He then proceeds to say they only hold mail for 15 days… My mail just got here this week. It hasn’t even been 5 days let alone 15 so no way they “returned to sender”. This guy was a class A jerk. Nobody bothers to answer the phones and they have the worst hours and I work a full time job and also work Saturdays. I can’t just make it down at any moment to try and get my mail when someone else is working that actually knows how to do their job. They are doing illegal things here by not giving me my mail and lying. This happened around 3 PM on Friday February 27th. Based off the other reviews of this facility, this is not the first time customers have been treated with disrespect.
