  The staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick. They don't always open right at 8:30 AM, which can be tricky if you are in a rush. Be mindful that this location may open a few minutes late and there can be a line of people waiting for it to open. Love that they have tape and other shipping supplies available if needed!

  I had a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Mustapha Saab. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with printing a large number of important documents. Since I had forgotten my password, I wasn’t able to access my files myself, but Mustapha kindly allowed me to send everything to his email and took care of the printing for me. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude throughout the entire process. His professionalism and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  how friendly and talkative people are there it’s truly nice having someone engage in conversation instead of just hurrying along and make you feel bad for using their time. I have never had a bad experience there and I always go to UPS!

  I went there to get Services because of DV.I emailed ahead before I came in about the urgency of my situation..I needed to open a P.O box. I came there very calm. I waited for him to take a customer. When he was finished he wanted to take another customer knowing I was already there waiting in line. The coworkers where very disrespectful when I asked if I can speak to the manager. they acted like they didn't know anything and didn't care to even care about my situation when I told them. they where very heartless. I wouldn't go to this place for any services. The coworker gave me an attitude and then asked me to not give him one.When I mentioned about him having an attitude because he was rolling his eyes at me and hissing.so I asked if someone else can help me. they where both not helpful and were very careless of human emotions.The coworkers had no empathy,no sympathy. Lack of training of customer service. I never went back and took my service else, I wanted to make this review so others can see how this place treated me when I needed help and I needed services.I did nothing to deserve the way the those employees treated me.
