  I was trying to scan a copy of a large document to my Google Drive using one of the self service machines in the copy area. The 1st machine I tried was not responding to my request. It's a touchscreen system where you have to tap on what you want. So when I tapped on the scan button, nothing happened. Eventually after several attempts, the scan option seemed to start working but before I could even add the originals to the automatic document feeder, the program just froze on me. I asked for help from the 2 employees that were working nearby and didn't receive the greatest of help, that's for sure. One lady came over, removed my originals and re-positioned them to go in vertically as opposed to horizontally, as if that was the issue. Then when it still wasn't working, she just kind of dismissed it as oh well, use another machine and then just re-booted that one. I go to the other machine and experience the same issue. Again, no real help, just another annoyed employee reluctantly coming over the help me and making me feel like I'm the problem, not their machines. Again - same response. Use another machine. On the 3rd machine that I used, everything worked fine and I was happy to get out of there. I guess I'm just disappointed with the lack of assistance that was offered and the aloofness shown from both employees. Not impressed and not going back there for copy services. Bye bye.

  Prices have gone up so fast over the past few years, it's difficult to to understand what is high retail pricing from store pricing. Better to shop Amazon or Walmart online.

  Called Saugus store yesterday- asked if they did passport photos for US and foreign (Canada) YES. Appt needed NO until what time 9. Went today after work at 6. Headed directly to copy area. Young man directed me to front cashier & they will page person and you’ll go to the destination counter or whatever he called it. Went back to front of store where I waited in line as there were customers checking out. After I waited in line I asked for passport photos and that cashier informed me that they actually left at 5. They always leave at five. One must ask- does the person on the phone not know this information? Did the person at the copy center not know this before he proceeded to make me wait in line elsewhere? I find this absolutely absurd and unacceptable. Aside from the 2 customers (one was returning) in line the store was empty and it’s no wonder with this customer- or lack thereof- service. The motto “that was easy” what a farce!
