The clerk with the name tag “Amy” was polite and friendly with the customer before me, but when it was my turn, her attitude changed completely. She spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and seemed irritated from the start. When I respectfully pointed out the difference in treatment, instead of addressing my concern, she blamed me for bringing it up. The entire interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I expect all customers to be treated with the same level of courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

My excise tax bill was never delivered, we had to have another sent and pay late fees for it and then a week after we paid it the original one arrived, a month late. Just now we got our 2020 temporary resident parking permit placard for the parking ban for the month of October. Oh and it was mangled all to hell. We have had multiple pieces of mail arrive a month or more late, mangled, and even have received mail that wasn't even close to our address. This office needs to have everyone retrained or let go. If I performed this way at my job I would have been fired three times over by now!
