- BBB BensalemJun 15, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The clerk with the name tag “Amy” was polite and friendly with the customer before me, but when it was my turn, her attitude changed completely. She spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and seemed irritated from the start. When I respectfully pointed out the difference in treatment, instead of addressing my concern, she blamed me for bringing it up. The entire interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I expect all customers to be treated with the same level of courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
- SLScott LawsonOct 15, 20161.0Worst customer service I've ever seen. First off,a notice was left in place of my package, even though the package did NOT require a signature. I looked up the hours online, so I could go get my package, it said open until 630. At 515 the service window was closed, apparently at 5pm. On saturday, I called and asked how late the lobby was open, and was told 5 oclock. After arriving at 2, I saw that the window was closed at 1. I called, and to my surprise I got an answer. I politely explained that the mail runs when I'm at work, and by the time I get home, the Post Office was closed, and I was right there, could I just sign for it and be on my way.... I was told no, to come back during regular business hours. I am a former postal employee, and this is completely unacceptable. I cannot wait for the USPS to go under, and it will because of offices like this one.
