Party City - I had to get 50 balloons for my daughter's baby shower and they were very very helpful at the branch in Bellingham Mass (John) and South Attleboro Mass (Raine). Even when I dropped off some last minute balloons because I didn't think I was going to have enough they did them with smiles on their faces. They even helped me carry them all out to my UHaul! ☺️

I love this Staples the customer service has always gone out of their way to ensure all my prints are as I need them even when I forget and left something out

I came in with 12 Amazon returns after Amazon indicated that Staples was the only free drop-off option available to me. When I arrived, multiple employees told me they would not accept the returns. The manager then explained that Staples is “going to go bankrupt” because of Amazon returns. She also said they would need to box each item separately, which would take too much time and use too many boxes even though my items were already boxed and this was a Staples store, where boxes are literally sold. This seems like an issue between Amazon and Staples, not something customers should be made to feel guilty about. The overall impression was that they simply did not want to process the returns lazy babies. The store was nearly empty, with several employees standing around, yet helping a customer with a service your company advertises seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. If someone from Staples reads this, the manager appears deeply concerned about the company’s finances, so perhaps she deserves recognition for that. If you’re a customer with multiple Amazon returns, I would recommend saving yourself the trip and just bending over.

I have been coming to this store for about a year, and I always receiving very poor customer service from the print services. I am not a review writer because I’m in the customer services field too. Hopefully you guys get better with more training and help customers to get what they need.
