- THTonye Hayden-BerryMay 21, 20261.0I’ve had the same P.O. Box since I was 18 years old I’m now 38. It’s always only person working . We are in crisis. I got here at 730 no one got here until after 8 and even then there is no one here today . Nothing changes. I don’t want to change my PO BOX and I pay a lot of money to keep it open . What and when will this be fixed . This is federal . Mail should never be a problem . 20 years of a problem . Does no one want to work or is it poor management ?
- UUuserApr 29, 20261.0ridiculously long wait times, they only have 1 person helping at all times and there’s nowhere to place packages that are ready to go because of the glass dividers, so you are forced to enter the line just to hand a package which takes 1 second
- MLMaia LynxApr 2, 20261.0Workers are rude as hell. I don’t know how this location is still open. Every time that I have came to this location to do business it’s always been an issue with your workers having nasty attitude and being rude. Even today, the Worker, not listening to me when I clearly stated what I wanted, took so much time to process my transaction that it caused my Lyft ride to leave me and I am very far away from home and it’s freezing cold outside. Writing this as I try to figure out how to get home from this area.

Customer service is non existent, the employees are laughing and fooling around with a huge line, with most of the customers here being elderly they should either fire this group of employees, and hire some people that actually want to work.. and the passport employees on the other side has super nasty attitudes.. I’m never coming back here again!!
