I made sure to go to the end of the line and there were 3 people ahead of me with simple request. When I clarified if the store shipped internationally, Ujwal was very disrespectful in stating that she is by herself and that she would not service me because it takes an hour and a half to get all the information (which I have) and process my shipment. To refuse service to a customer for personal convenience is something I’m sure your establishment does not teach their employees. I recommend remedial training on customer service etiquette, job knowledge, and common courtesy.
