- KAKanchana AyyarJun 23, 20261.0I wish I could give negative stars. I had an appointment for my baby's passport. We reached on time and were waiting in queue for the person ahead of us to finish. The usps staff claimed he didnt see us because we weren't there, and he can't help us because we are late. He yelled at us. He made an unpleasant scene, we tried to ask him to when he can accommodate us..they have walk in hours and he was aggressive and said we wont even get to walk in because they are so busy. I have never had such a bad experience at any usps site. Please don't go here, go to any other branch bit this one.
