  I ordered a package using express shipping because I needed it by a certain date. I waited all day on the delivery notification from my apartment but all that came was an email saying that delivery was attempted and they would come back the next day. There was no effort made to notify me that the package had arrived, only after the driver had already left. That doesn't make any sense at all. I contacted customer service and they said the driver would reattempt delivery that same day. No one came. I ended up having to spend fifty dollars on an Uber roundtrip to their Randolph shipment center just so I could get the package. It makes no sense to have drivers show up at an apartment, make no effort to contact the recipient, then leave. How is the resident supposed to know that you have arrived? My time and money were wasted because of what seems to be a lack of common sense.

  Location isn't convenient, but otherwise fine, open late, helpful staff.

  Fedex does not allow you to file a complaint without calling their AI operated customer serviceline. Thus, taking it to here to leave a review. I purchased something online and unfortunately they shipped it using Fedex. At first it was all set for delivery yesterday. Fedex later calls me and leaves a voicemail saying the delivery address is incorrect/inaccurate and I need to update it. Fine, call the number, can't get past the AI gatekeeper, eventually get the 'premium' Filipino customer service reps whom were very nice and helpful albeit their accent is hard to understand. I set a delivery for the next day between 18:00 and 20:00 and I'm supposed to get a call when they arrive. It is now the next day and 20:00. no one came, no one called me, the tracking number says the driver tried to deliver but failed. No one called me. Thanks Fedex!

  I wasn't home to receive my package, so the delivery driver left a notice; I signed it, as I urgently needed the package delivered today. The driver didn't come to my house today and posted the same photo from yesterday, as if he had actually shown up. I was left without my package—which I needed—because of the driver's laziness.
