There is one gentleman at the front who is extremely slow and he also is special needs but very pleasant and kind to all while there are several other staff members who are walking back and forth with a line and do not offer to help. I have never seen a postal office run in this way. They should be reported every chance someone gets until they improve in first customer service and second community care!!!!!

Since August 27, ALL of my mail has been disappearing, including important correspondence from the Registry of Motor Vehicles, and nobody at this USPS location has been able to explain what is happening or locate it. When I went there asking for help, an employee named Sean was aggressive, dismissive, and intimidating, telling me to stop asking about my mail and accusing me of suggesting that the carrier was stealing it. He even brought up the employees’ union instead of focusing on the actual problem. I am not accusing anyone—I am demanding answers about why my mail has consistently disappeared since August 27. Customers should not be intimidated or treated with hostility simply for asking USPS to account for their missing mail. This situation is extremely disturbing and needs immediate investigation by management.
