- SFSam Frank1 day ago1.0Wouldn’t allow me to ship my packages cause they’re claiming that it was past the date that it could be shipped. I purchased the label the day before they were looking at the date of which it was purchased and saying that was the day that I had to be shipped

- MHmelissa hoApr 14, 20261.0Just trying to send off a passport renewal. Not only was the staff rude but also would not staple a photo on a passport renewal. It is ridiculous. Renewing a passport doesn't require and appointment. The women went on about that, which I knew. She spoke to me like i was dumb. Like you couldn't use 1 staple? The guy at the counter didnt seem like he even know what he was doing either. I've gone to many other post offices. This is by far the worst.
- ZTZhanpeng TongMar 3, 20261.0Asian men at the conquer. Really bad. He will look your label for like five minute. Try to find anything wrong on the label and then reject you. Like I print out my label yesterday night and ship today, tell me the label is expired? Have to ship in same day.
- KPKevin PadillaFeb 9, 20261.0I am not one to write reviews if ever. However, I do believe this is a USPS issue or some type of policy that is not decimating well throughout the organization. I went with a QR code generated 2/7 (2 days ago) that the place I bought it from told me would be good for 30 days. When I got there the guy at the window tells me because the code generates a label for 2/7 and that is too aged they can't use it so I can't send my package. I assumed this was a company issue and moved out of line to see if I could get an updated code somehow from the company. As I stood there I heard him deny two other customers for the same reason. Clearly this is some kind of USPS issue where they have some strange policy to somehow not take older labels. This is quite a flaw in the organization or management for not seeing to this issue as it seems to be a pattern at this location. Needless to say I will never be using this post office again for any personal or business needs.
