  Everything everyone here said is true and more. Not just the asian guy, but the whole crew and the manager go out of their way to make things EXTREMELY difficult for the customers. They rejected my shipping label because “past date”. This is from Depop, who auto-generates labels based on customer purchase date, seller then has a couple of days to ship it - this is literally Depop’s policy. They refused to take the package until I have a label that’s day-of. First, Depop doesn’t allow you to do this. Second, I’ve sold literally hundreds of items online since 2018 and USPS employees have NEVER been this difficult to work with. So I talked to the manager and told her this has never happened, etc etc. I’ve lived on the east and on the west, post offices have never been so strict about label date, especially given e-commerce. She asked me to name drop some USPS locations who were okay with this, and I thought she was gonna call them to double check the policy. but NO. She wrote them down so she can ESCALATE this to the headquarters and have these locations REPRIMANDED for not following “policy”. WOW. I walked out of there shocked at how much time they’ve wasted me. This is genuinely a location that 1. doesn’t care about customers, 2. only do what’s easy for them, and 3. will go out of their way to ensure everyone around the country has a hard time lol. Please also escalate to your headquarters that Depop is abusing “USPS policy” so Depop can stop doing business with yall. I’m sure your headquarters will give u a shiny gold star when that happens. P.S.: took the same package to another location and they accepted it, no questions asked. At this location, they will also refuse your package for having the tiniest bit of the previous shipping label on it. Just don’t waste your time here.

  I had taken a look at the reviews before I went and did not think much of it because others may have other experiences. I realized when going in that these reviews were not lying. The date on my label was the printing date, not the expiration date and they would not take it. It hasn’t even been two days since the label was created. It was the same chinese man everyone else was describing. I won’t be coming here again.

  Awful service. My packages from Depop keep getting returned because the label date does not match the shipping date. HOWEVER, there is no way to change the date on the app OR at the post office. Please stop doing this or fix your service and make it able to change the date on the labels. This is so frustrating and has been causing me so much trouble when other post office locations do accept my packages no matter the date. Rude customer service.

  Quincy Center is wayyyy better than this Wollaston location. Wollaston does NOT provide anything a post office should have, like even a wet sponge to avoid licking an envelope. Nor will they give an inch of tape to prevent the envelope's metal clip from catching. I was the last customer of the day so the Postal Manager was holding the door to lock it. When I expressed to him that the Quincy Center has much better customer support by providing those items, he said "they are not supposed to". He has the typical government entity mentality of not going above and beyond. After expressing my frustration to him, my envelope never made it to it's destination.
