    Beware of this place as an access point, my phone was stolen here. What’s the point of an access point to avoid theft if the establishment’s workers are stealing packages! I should’ve just sent it to my home if I wanted it stolen. Got a notification that my phone was ready for pickup at 11:40am, I saw the notification within an hours time, asked my sister to pick it up because I was at work. Called the store to give her information and permission to pick it up with I.D. …. The funny part is, the person Sonny I was talking to, who claims he is the owner was looking for the package, and someone in the background said that my package was picked up an hour ago by a woman with a face mask on and an I.D. with my last name, then told me that they picked the package up before it could be scanned into their software. T-Mobile requires a signature and UPS required an ID. No signature for the exchange and no ID presented but they claim to have given my package to some fictitious person. Also claims to that they have video of that phone being picked up in that initial conversation with Sonny. Sonny said he would send me the video and I never got that……..How do you miraculously have a video of a package being picked up if that was my first time calling to inquire about my package?! Make it make sense!!! When a package is picked up within 3 minutes you get an email saying “Thanks for picking up your package” that didn’t happen until 4:06pm after I’ve started calling the corporate offices. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out, one of the employees saw it was a package from T-Mobile and knew it was a phone, called one of their friends and told them to come to the store and pick up MY PHONE with any ID, and just handed my package to them. And now trying to convince me that someone with my last name came and picked my package up, that’s a bunch of bull. NO ONE knew I was sending that phone there except for ME, T-MOBILE, and UPS!!!!! It made it off the truck just fine but once it hit that location it gets sketchy. I’m almost done with my rant…. If you have ordered anything of value…..DO NOT SEND IT HERE to this access point, because it’ll most likely get STOLEN!!!!!! Police report filed and hopefully the thief who stole it loses their job. And the owner loses the contract. This place is SHADY!!!! Pressing criminal charges for larceny over!!! You will be hearing from my lawyer!

    Went to this UPS store today. They wanted $483 to ship my golf clubs to Florida. I left and went to fedex and shipped them for $79

    They should pay more attention to customers. So they can do it right.. not sending to the wrong ones and cause customers problems

    I'm incredibly pleased with the service I receive at this Quincy location every time I'm there. I have a mailbox at this store and the staff always reaches out to me when it's full or I have packages to pick up. They also help me with all my Amazon returns. The customer service is exceptional. Specifically, Abby was very knowledgeable and she helped us figure out how to best set up my mailbox. Abby demonstrated leadership and kindness by helping with heavy packages in my car and making sure all documentation for my mailbox was complete. Thank you to the entire staff of the store for always making my life a little easier. I've been meaning to leave a review for this store for quite some time. Better late than never!
