  I had a great experience at UPS! I came in to get some papers notarized, and Johnson immediately helped me as soon as I walked in. Cyrus notarized and signed my papers, and the whole process was super quick and easy. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Both of them were very helpful and made everything stress-free. Definitely recommend this location!

  I am never one to write reviews but I felt the need to do so. This was the 5th time I was greeted with workers on their phone when I am trying to return something. At one point I had to tell the young man that I was ready because he was too busy playing a game on his phone.

  The ups store in Quincy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything we needed! Not only did they provide all the necessary information, but they also offered an envelope for my printed paper. I will definitely return to this establishment!

  I, generally don’t give anything 5-stars unless forced. I can’t think of a reason not to give this store and its terrific staff 5-stars. I don’t like making the time to return things. I have on many occasions, eaten the cost of a thing, instead of returning it. The staff at this store makes every return light-work (simple). Whether busy or slow…easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Note: now there a light at the intersection. So getting in and out is nice.

  *Update: The manager was quick to reply and not only apologize but offer a solution. I appreciate the communication and effort to rectify the issue. The employees were nice and helpful but I sent 2 packages last week and they switched the labels so the packages went to the wrong places
