  BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION On September 28, I dropped off two Apple trade-in packages at this location. Five days later, I received an email from Apple stating that one of the packages was received without the device inside. I am extremely concerned about what happened to my package. After looking through reviews, I also found other customers reporting similar issues involving missing or stolen items at this location. I am currently working with Apple to investigate the situation. If you are dropping off an expensive device or trade-in here, please be very careful and keep all receipts, tracking information, photos, and proof of drop-off. I hope the location investigates this seriously and provides an explanation for what happened to my device.

  I had such an outstanding experience with Sonny and his team at the Willard Street UPS Store in Quincy. I had dropped off two packages, and when it appeared that one of them had never been scanned, Sunny went above and beyond to help me figure out what had happened. He took the time to go through every system, scan, and drop-off record he could access, genuinely trying to track down the package and give me some peace of mind. He was incredibly patient, thorough, professional, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him.

  The young man at the ups store in Quincy just helped me and he was by far the kindest UPS person I have ever interacted with. Was so pleasant and friendly! it’s people like him that would actively make me choose UPS over FedEx or another shipping company!

  BEWARE!!! STOLEN JEWELRY!!!! Had my package delivered here as a ups access point. In the package was 3 14 karat gold earrings from Kay jewelers. When I had went to go pick up the package the guy at the counter took awhile to find the package. What I noticed that was different was when I had asked for my package , and they finally found it. My package wasn’t out back where they normally go to get my packages to be picked up. My package was on a table with other packages in their little office out back. When they finally brought my package to me it looked like maybe possibly it got ripped opened by accident while in transit. The package was retaped with lots of tape. When I got home and opened the package the jewelry boxes were still in the package but no jewelry inside them. I am a frequent customer that comes to this location that always picks up my packages here , and I feel the employees got use to my pattern and routine. They were probably thinking (hmmm) this lady always comes here to pick up her packages , and they started to pay attention to the fact I order a lot of jewelry noticing the companies of where the items are coming from on the package. Overtime I guess they just couldn’t help them selves to not steal from one of my packages seeing that is it items of high value. For many years I’ve loved coming here but now I’ll just have to go somewhere else hopefully where my items wouldn’t be stolen. I will be calling corporate to report this store of theft !!!

  Fast, quick service, professional, in and out, but that parking lot is a nightmare. The location is convenient.
