An impediment to doing business in the area.The staffs at both need customer service training and attitude adjustment.

I showed up a few minutes before they closed, and they said they had already shut down their systems and counted their drawers. In there holiday season, they don't care about customer service, they care about themselves. This is why they are going out of business, because they are not public servants. They don't even deliver mail in the snow. You're better off supporting a private company than this government agency.
