- KZKeaton ZeidmanJun 17, 20261.0Horrible horrible employee. I went to this location this morning to send out my baby shower invitations. I’m not familiar with sending out letters at all so I thought based on the address was how many stamps it took, so you would just give them to whoever was working & they helped you. The older gentleman working the counter just looked at me in disgust as I held out the envelopes and said “hi there, I was just wanting to send these out if possible.” He threw his hands up and slammed them on the counter twice and said “Okay and?? Buy the stamps and do it yourself.” I replied with okay that’s fine but could you be a little bit nicer about it? Without slamming your hands down? He replied with “well you’re just trying to hand me a stack of envelopes.” I said “yeah I didn’t know how to do it and you could just be nice and help me.” I was literally holding back tears. I cried in my car for 10 minutes after. He was so so mean. I get back to work & tell my coworker & he has apparently been just as demeaning to her for packaging something differently. He shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Drove by thinking it was just a convenience store, drove into the back of the lot looking until I came back to the front and finally found the door.
- ARAlexander RoberyNov 17, 20251.0Sold 3 books today on eBay and generated shipping labels through eBay. Two books were ground labels and the third was media mail. All books are 35+ pages and a good read on ‘BattleTech’. The clerk was very rude and questioned what was being shipped in the media mail and said it couldn’t be shipped as media mail and had to be shipped as ground. This is the only post office that questions on what Is shipped and is very rude about it. Wouldn’t return back to this post office with the rude clerk at the front.
