- 4S4GoodVibes Gift ShopAug 3, 20265.0I am giving a 5 star review to Dawn Marie who went above & beyond to help a scattered mama & her 1 year old get passports done. They take 2 walk ins a day. We were #3 I held the door open for the #2 person so really he should have let me go infront of him. Dawn ended up squeezing us in. She started 3 min early to make it possible & her supervisor ended up yelling at her infront of 20+ people because she took us 3 min before 9:30 making usps an extra $250 for the day. Was very unprofessional of the supervisor. She should have been praising Dawn not speaking to her the way she did infront of customers & a line of people. Dawn keep being amazing! Hopefully one day you’ll be higher then the rude lady there above you
- GGGeoffrey GagnonJul 22, 20261.0The US Post Office now has a new computer system to send packages internationally. Unfortunately the staff in Plymouth haven’t been trained in how to use it. It’s unfortunate when the employees at this specific location take out their work frustrations on their customers, even sending them elsewhere. Consider Fed Ex instead, they have more patience. I’m sure if their jobs weren’t protected and unionized, they’d treat customers better.
- MNMichelle NevilleAug 20, 20241.0I paid 30 dollars to have my dogs ashes delivered to my home both days I was home the 1st day I got my mail and found a slip saying they sorry you were not home and we missed you 2nd day I made sure I was outside when he came by and I yelled to get his attention but had music so loud he didn't hear me and found a blue slip saying sorry we missed you I'm DISGUSTED by this so now do I get my 30 dollars back seeing as I need to go do there job you got one job to DELIVER !!! Called to find out what happened was told well you can come in to get it ya I know that the whole purpose of paying was not to have to do that
