I totally felt for the kid BUT he wasted more time talking and telling me why he couldn't do it when he could've got it done in that same amount of time. It is a service they provide and I expected to get served just like everyone else in there returning packages.

- AKAmbreen KhanOct 2, 20251.0Make sure you tape your box or bring tape. They charge $2 for tape Close a box for Amazon returns. Staples is much nicer about using a little bit of tape. The girls answer that this is a private franchise and they have their own rules didn’t help. I mean how much could a piece of tape cost the owner? Even the Kingston UPS store is not so hungry for $$. I paid extra gas because for some reason Amazon wanted me to do a UPS store and the Kingston one closes earlier. I thought I could make it to the Home Depot. I made it five mins before closing. Working families with kids makes it hard to shuffle things around.
