- VMVeronica MaciasJun 18, 20263.0I needed to return a pair if shoes and the return instructions said I could either use a box or a durable poly mailer bag to send them out. I went to the closest USPS store and even though they had a ton of options, the man at the counter said none of them could fit. I asked about their largest sizes or should I go get a box somewhere else and come back. The man was very unhelpful and just said he didnt have the right size and couldn't help me. The store was empty and I wasn't taking up more then 30 seconds of his time, but either he didnt want to talk to me or just didn't want to be helpful. I'll try a larger USPS store and see if they're more helpful.

Its gotten to the point I have to yell out of my ring door bell system to get our mail and he ignores it. Then I had to put out notes to also get ignored?! So I'm calling today to put in a complaint finaly I've been more then fair and hes gotten away with it for far to long. I have footage of him not checking our box and ignoring me talking to him through our system. I'm not one to ever call and complain but for this I am. Late Bill's due to the mail man are unacceptable!
