- MBMichael BurkeJun 27, 20261.0We ordered an outdoor dining set from Polywood which was shipped to an RXO location near us and then to be delivered to our home. After receiving notification they had received the order and scheduling the delivery day for a week plus after, we were informed the night before that it had been delayed without an eta. After calls to RXO and Ploywood, it is apparent that RXO has “lost” our order. How you lose track of a pallet full of patio furniture, I don’t know. Luckily Polywood has made it right and assured us they will ship a replacement through someone else. I hope we never have to use them again.

Take the TV out of the box crushing the box breaking up the Styrofoam so now I have Styrofoam little balls all over my apartment totally totally INCOMPETENT Not a clue what they’re doing they were supposed to set up my TV and make sure it was all set ready to go. That was a joke. This company is completely incompetent. Thanks for leaving me a giant mess cleanup. Now I have to vacuum my apartment which I will find these Styrofoam little balls for the next 10 years have to put the box back together that they destroyed and crushed and I have to do something with all the Styrofoam. They left broken everywhere. What a horrific company just like LG horrific don’t do business with either of these companies. They are both horrific totally horrifying.
