  I get it, people may be quick to jump on a google to post a negative review if something doesnt go right. As a consumer that pays for service you would expect what you paid for therefore a positive experience sometimes don't need saying. But this company HERE! I'm going to advocate LG to drop them as a delivery service. I may have been dealing with a bunch of crooks! I paid for a laundry installation -stackable and they told me it cost more. The man said sure I can try for EXTRA CASH because he will have to lift the dryer. Ok. I called LG. LG says installation even if stackable is included in the service. They transferred me to RXO who said..no its not included. What's going on here??? I bought the stackable bracket and everything. Good for nothing. Now I had two units sitting here and me to call someone last minute to put it in the space. Nasty work.

  Absolutely horrible experience with RXO thus far. They delivered my Samsung TV and had to reschedule the wall mounting service (which I paid for), because the screws that came with the mount were too short. They told me to reschedule and it should only take a day or two to get them back out. I called same day (Saturday) and rescheduled for the following Tuesday. No big deal. I call them Monday to confirm my service time and that they will 100% be showing up, this is confirmed, so I make sure to be home the following day. The next morning I see that my service is now delayed, I called RXO and Samsung and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it and they will call my local hub and get it done that day and call me back. Local hub tells them no, they then proceed to reschedule me for the following day (Wednesday) without reaching out to me, an hour goes by and then it is again rescheduled for Thursday and again they don't tell me anything or communicate this at all. They again cancel on Thursday morning. This company is embarrassing.

  We ordered an outdoor dining set from Polywood which was shipped to an RXO location near us and then to be delivered to our home. After receiving notification they had received the order and scheduling the delivery day for a week plus after, we were informed the night before that it had been delayed without an eta. After calls to RXO and Ploywood, it is apparent that RXO has “lost” our order. How you lose track of a pallet full of patio furniture, I don’t know. Luckily Polywood has made it right and assured us they will ship a replacement through someone else. I hope we never have to use them again.

  👎❌👎❌👎❌👎❌ Do not ever use this Company I just had this company deliver me a TV that they were supposed to set up and make sure it was working from LG company what a joke they bring the box into my apartment. Take the TV out of the box crushing the box breaking up the Styrofoam so now I have Styrofoam little balls all over my apartment totally totally INCOMPETENT Not a clue what they’re doing they were supposed to set up my TV and make sure it was all set ready to go. That was a joke. This company is completely incompetent. Thanks for leaving me a giant mess cleanup. Now I have to vacuum my apartment which I will find these Styrofoam little balls for the next 10 years have to put the box back together that they destroyed and crushed and I have to do something with all the Styrofoam. They left broken everywhere. What a horrific company just like LG horrific don’t do business with either of these companies. They are both horrific totally horrifying.

  Do not ever use this shipping company. Watch out ordering big stuff from Amazon if they use this company. Never get packages when you are supposed too. Absolutely ridiculous
