- OBolivia balintAug 29, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience with USPS. My package was marked as DELIVERED, but I could not find it anywhere. Naturally, I was extremely worried that it had been delivered to the wrong address, lost, or stolen. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I spent almost an hour trying to get through the automated system just to speak with an actual human being. When I finally reached a representative, I was told that USPS sometimes scans packages as delivered before they are actually delivered. Excuse me, WHAT?! Then why mark a package as delivered if it has not been delivered yet? Seeing that status caused me unnecessary anxiety and panic because I believed my package was missing. The tracking information should be accurate, and customers should not have to spend an hour fighting with a robot just to get a simple answer from a real person. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, stressful, and unacceptable. USPS seriously needs to improve both its tracking accuracy and its customer service.
