She is very condescending, full of herself, and refused to admit her part in our recent issue. I put in a complaint, and when I grabbed my package today, she made sure to tell me she didn't get in any trouble! Are you kidding me???? Are we 10 year olds???? All I wanted was my package, she should have said have a nice day, and that's it! She also pointed out my grandson's disability which an adult should NEVER do!!! Shame on her if she thinks it's ok to do that!
- ACAnthony ChermesinoNov 8, 20233.0Seeing as you only get your mail through the post office in Onset I’ve taken 2 stars away, I think it’s annoying and we should just have mail boxes like most other towns do, lord knows we pay enough in taxes to cover it. The post office itself has always been wonderful easy to get your mail sometimes a bit tricky to get packages when most places don’t ship to a P.O. Box but if you include the work around for your package you’ll be fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need it. Post office is clean and looks in order when you go.
