HORRIBLE Experience. Twice now. As a visitor, now resident. Rude people, that show absolutely NO care or commitment in ensuring you get your mail OR package. Cannot believe government ran. Should be closed down, they all act like they hate their jobs anyways.

I thought the experience had improved but no longer. The employees here could careless about anything. I happen to have a serious medical condition and can't stand for periods of time. There is always a line and they keep talking to customers chatting while others wait. They couldn't give a damn. Yesterday I was in line, there was a problem with the gate and they told me to wait, after already waiting. . I again stated I'm in pain and asked if one person could get my packages. NO! It doesn't take 3 people to fix a window gate. Today I went to the window and the woman just stood there and glared at me. Holding an apprent grudge against me for being upset and my sttements yesterday. So she's annoyed with me because I suffer from chronic pain?? She never said a word. I'm looking at her and then I said my box number. She sarcastically says can't get packages without the box number. She could have asked vs glaringly looking at me to guess what she wanted. Then a woman in line asked another in line if I went in front of her because I was leaning on the table in pain and wasn't actually in the line. The girl said no I was here when she walked in. Immediately the woman behind the counter stops from getting my packages, glares at me and accuses me of cutting the line. I told her I didn't. She says well people do. I said not me and she said well she had to ask. Not really. She then says no offense. I told her all of this is offensive. Then she gives me the packages but says to give them back she has to rescan them. I don't see any reason to be rude like this to people. It's completely unacceptable.
