Went in today to apply for a US passport card and the USPS customer service person, kayleah, was extraordinarily helpful and made the overall experience a truly pleasant experience.
There is no waiting in line and they were ready to help me exactly when my appointment was scheduled.

Pathetic service, customer is standing for service staff is still talking to each other in regional
language. I went to get my address updated since I added a wrong address in change of address. They couldn’t help me, and when I repeated my problem again, the guy asked me that his supervisor can fix it. He took my ID to the supervisor. Supervisor responded, they don’t have the access to a different town. They can only help with Norwood. I don’t know if that’s how little USPS works when I spoke to customer service agent on the phone. They mentioned that I can go to any USPS and request the clerk over there to help me with change of address.

This review is for the supervisor who failed to assist the clerk on 2/14/26 during my passport renewal process. I used my debit card to pay for the passport and the transaction went through but the post office machine was broken so they could not produce the money order to go with the passport. The supervisor did very little to help after over 2 hours of trying to figure what to do. She gave me the option to send my passport without the money because they are required to send it that day (and then who knows what would happen- maybe rejected) or to double pay and hope that the first transaction didn’t go through even though the money was no longer in my account and they could not even give me a receipt. The clerk was trying his best to find solutions but the supervisor was absolutely worthless and could only say sorry the help desk that the clerk tried to contact was closed. When I asked her to act like a supervisor and find real solutions she yelled at me that I could come back Tuesday (and not have the money go with my passport submission). She should definitely not be in a supervisor role. This was a very frustrating experience for a busy mom of two taking time on a Saturday to get this task done. I am very thankful for the clerk Bradley who was doing everything he could to assist me.
