- KRKristin RoseMay 28, 20261.0I observed Tara’s customer service while in line and it was poor with low effort to really help customers who had concerns about their mail & deliveries. It seems Tara’s favorite word is “unfortunately.” So, unfortunately this USPS location has a one star rating from me. Tara could learn from her co-worker Ron who seems to have a much better understanding of what customer service means. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this USPS location to anyone.
